You’ll first detect refined dried fruit, wrapped in vanilla and gentle spice, followed by lush notes of Muscat raisins, honey-sweet apricots, and a hint of spicy oak.

Caol Ila in Marsala Barrels

Furthermore, Mike presents Caol Ila finished in custom Marsala barrels, delivering an astonishing fusion of maritime freshness and sweet Marsala wine influences. The nose opens with salty sea air, layered with red berries and warm vanilla. Next, the palate reveals smoked pears, raisins soaked in sweet wine, and a touch of spicy oak.
