- Appearance: Rich golden amber with glimmers of maple sugar sheen.
- Nose: Heady aroma of warm maple drizzle, creamy vanilla custard and baked pear.
- Palate: Mouth-coating waves of caramelized maple, soft toffee and delicate cinnamon-oak spice.
- Finish: Long, sumptuous trail of sticky maple sugar and gentle toasted oak warmth.
Serving Tips
- Neat: Pour 50 ml at room temperature into a tulip or Glencairn glass to concentrate the rich aromas.
- With Water: Add a single drop of spring water to unlock hidden vanilla-fudge undertones.
- On the Rocks: One large, clear ice cube tames the sweetness and highlights the warming spice.
- Maple Old Fashioned: Stir 50 ml Maple Mayhem with a dash of bitters and a sugar cube, garnish with orange twist.
- Highball Twist: Top with premium soda water and a lemon spiral for a refreshing lift.
