Nose: Big-bang spice and mixed herbs, chewy caramel, crystallized ginger, chopped mint

Palate: Sweet honey, crushed raspberries, custard creams, bourbon biscuits, icing sugar–dust on a cream doughnut, butterscotch caramel

Finish Toffee: dissolves on the tongue, yielding to warm spiced fruit notes
- Maturation: Triple distilled → aged in bourbon casks → finished in rye casks
