It matures first in flame-charred ex-bourbon American oak casks, then spends several months finishing in 200 L first-fill Calvados Garnier casks from Normandy. Bottled non-chill-filtered at 46 % ABV, this expression marries rich bourbon-wood depth with fresh cider-apple sweetness.
