Hyde No. 5 The Áras Cask is a limited-edition, triple-distilled single grain Irish whiskey made from 100% maize in traditional Coffey copper-column stills. It matures for six years in flame-charred, first-fill ex-bourbon casks before being finished for six months in 200 L French Burgundy (Pinot Noir) wine casks from the Côte d’Or. Bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration, it displays a vivid ruby hue and a layered profile of red-berry sweetness, warm oak spice and creamy vanilla.
