Dingle Distillery

Dingle Distillery sits in Dingle, County Kerry, Ireland. It opened in 2012, founded by Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart, and Peter Mosley. Since then, it has built a strong reputation. Part of the Porterhouse Group, it focuses on quality over quantity. Three large copper pot stills craft its Irish whiskey. A smaller pot still makes its gin and vodka. The result is a range of spirits with true Irish heritage.

The distillery operates in a former sawmill in Milltown. It pays tribute to Celtic tradition with whiskies tied to the Celtic calendar.
