- Palate: Sweet malt entry, lively spirit. Oily, rich cream/pastry. Lush and textured. Honey, sweet oak, good length, lingering sweet malt. Slight new oak note mid-palate. Hints of drying oak tannins towards the end. Good balance and integration.
